When we contacted Paul he was in our house same day, listen and made suggestions for what we needed it in our home, never was pushy to sell more then what we wanted or need it, and within 3 hours from our meeting our home was all set! After I contact Paul because I had an issue not with the system but with my lack of knowledge to operate it, and he was in my home same day to teach me how to work it. Love the fact that even after he does the contract he still responds and take care of all his customers. Did I mention he is a very kind and honest guy?!!! Yes for sure I would give him a call if you looking at installing a security system in your home. ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Our Vivint system wasn't installed by East Dallas. Early on our porch camera wasn't coming on, doorbell wasn't working and we were having trouble understanding the system (and had no luck hearing back from the installers). We reached out to Paul J of Vivint SmartHome East Dallas. He was able to fix our problems and also trained us in how to make best use of our system. This is just what we needed.
